Reservation System for Beauty Services
Our customer noticed that small beauty studios and barbershops in their area were struggling with administrative tasks and managing client appointments. The existing CRM solutions on the market were too complex for these smaller businesses. So the decision was made to build an easy-to-use app with a focus on great user experience and intuitive flows. Our full stack engineer collaborated with UX designers from the client side to implement appealing designs and build a reliable system. The app included only the key features needed for operations - managing employees and their schedules, a widget for reservations, and performance reports. We decided to host this solution on Azure to ensure scalability and reliability. Attention was also paid to animations and interactions to provide a great user experience. The entire project was completed by 1 engineer within 2 months.
