Fitness App Improvements
This multi-phase project involved enhancements to an existing Ionic mobile app and PHP/WooCommerce website. Goals included modernizing the UI and implementing new capabilities across both platforms. Our work included researching and integrating QR/barcode scanning libraries leveraging native mobile camera APIs. We also integrated product SKU databases and a custom in-app chat. For the WordPress site, we modernized the landing page, reconfigured WooCommerce products/subscriptions, and fixed email delivery issues. Our team set up testing environments and rolled out improvements through accurately estimated phases of work. This allowed methodical enhancement of the fitness platform's mobile and web components to create a refreshed, integrated solution.
