Azure Marketplace SaaS Offering for AI Startup
Our client is a Swiss company working on an AI-powered application to help companies securely share data. Our implementation aimed to configure this solution as an offering on Azure AppSource Marketplace so that the customer could simplify his billing process, rely on invoices generated by Microsoft, and avoid having to research tax regulations in different jurisdictions. Our implementation required integrations between the existing client backend system with users' information and Azure Marketplace via Fulfillment APIs, Microsoft Partner Center configuration, and custom backend development. The configuration also required a separate user provisioning process to be implemented through a custom landing page, including the support of different paid and free pricing plans. During this implementation, we overcame various challenges related to customer-specific DevOps configuration and strict architecture guidelines. Furthermore, in addition to our assignment, we are always ready to go the extra mile, so we also suggested potential improvements to how Azure resources are managed and how code is deployed.
